In his workshop, Vincent Guerre restores all kinds of antique frames and creates models for special commissions.

The principal techniques he uses to give the frame back its original look are “resizing” the antique frame to adapt it to a mirror or painting, working on the gilding to give it back its old radiance and finally, restitution of missing or altered parts of the frame.

Vincent Guerre advises on the style of frame according to the artwork or antique mirror or participates in construction works, which are more original and conceptual but constitute a real aesthetic challenge.
